Revenue distribution system
After deducting 2.25% of the third-party cash flow handling fee for the total amount of untaxed monthly subscription, /chunks.ai/ will charge a 20% service fee from it, and the remaining amount will be the subscription income of our creators.
Revenue sharing formula
The platform will collect 30% as service fees, thus by deducting the service fees from the total consumption revenue, we will obtain the channel sales income.
Example : The total subscription revenue this month is 100 Hong Kong dollars
Platform service fee: 100 x 30%=30HKD
Channel sales income: 100-30=70HKD
Payment settlement date
The monthly channel sales income distribution will be settled on the last day of the month and will be displayed in the "Monthly Settlement Statement" on the 4th of the following month. Revenue distribution will be on the 25th of that month. (in case of a public holiday, the process will be postponed to the next working day).
Remittance information
The bank account used by /chunks.ai/ is The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. If a non-Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation account is used, a remittance fee of HK$15 will be directly deducted from the remittance per remittance.
Personal taxation issues
When channel sales revenue is distributed, FSAI will pre-pay the creator taxes to the government based on the personal assessment tax rate of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The government will withhold the income till May of the following year and include it in the creator's annual income. If the total annual income tax is lower than that of the prepaid tax, the government will refund the tax.
For foreigners who do not live in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (not long-term residents in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), FSAI will still report and withhold the income in accordance with the tax rate of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region before remittance to the relevant account designated by the creator in Hong Kong. (including but not limited to Hong Kong bank accounts, Paypal accounts, etc.).
Legal person invoice delivery
The shared profit is the operating profit of the legal person. According to the contract, the legal representative must issue a triple or electronic invoice to FSAI. The standard for issuing invoices is the generated income of the current month in the "Monthly Settlement Report" issued on the 4th of each month. Invoices must be sent to FSAI before the 15th of each month (if the 15th is a public holiday, they must be sent in advance by the nearest working day). If FSAI fails to receive the invoice as scheduled, the remittance originally scheduled on the 25th will be postponed to the 10th of the next month.
