Channel specifications
Restrictions on creator’s status
Everyone can be a Creator. Whether you are in Hong Kong or other parts of the world, whether you are a student or an office worker, as long as your expertise can sustain long-term services of knowledge content, you can establish a Channel on /chunks.ai/. According to the contract, the qualifications of Creators are as follows:
(1) A natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has full capacity for behavior. For Creators under the age of 18, the guardians must ensure that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions of this contract
(2) Citizens of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, or those who can provide proof of long-term residence in Hong Kong
(3) A local or overseas legal person or group legally registered and established in HKSAR, or (4) foreigners who do not live in HKSAR (no long-term residency in HKSAR), but have relevant accounts (including but not limited to Hong Kong bank accounts, Paypal accounts, etc.) that can accept remittances in Hong Kong.
Copyright on channel content
According to the laws of intellectual property rights, Party B’s work belongs to Party B or other right holders, but Party B can authorize FSAI to use, rewrite, distribute, and translate the the information published on /chunks.ai/ by the Channel (not including the content that can only be accessed by a Monthly Plan) on a global scale, and to disseminate the information in any forms. If FSAI needs to use the paid content of Party B’s channel on /chunks.ai/ for other purposes such as marketing and public exposure, it must notify Party B in advance in writing. Meanwhile, the creator should guarantee that during the subscription period, the same or similar Channel work and paid content will not be reproduced, modified, or publicly distributed in any direct or indirect ways (including but not limited to screening, CD publishing, on shelf and for sales on other platforms).
Terms and conditions on refunds

Change of monthly plan:
/chunks.ai/ provides digital content services through the Internet. Please make good use of the free public content provided by a Channel and carefully evaluate before each purchase.
In order to protect the rights and interests of our consumers, FSAI agrees to provide Subscribers with a 7-day period for reconsideration. Subscribers can notify the customer service through email (cs@chunks.ai) of changing into a new Monthly Plan on the same channel within 7 days (including public holidays) after their payment to the old plan (that is, to cancel the original plan and book a new plan).
Once FSAI confirms that there are repeated payments made in the process of canceling the original plan and subscribing to the new plan, and that the request for a refund is made by the Subscriber themselves, it will issue the refund on the 15th and 30th (or 31st) of each month. It is expected that after 7 to 14 working days (subject to the actual operating time of the involved payment flow companies), the money can be returned to the credit card used for the original payment.
Except for reasons attributable to FSAI, Subscribers can only change their Monthly Plans once within the 7-day period of reconsideration in accordance with the aforementioned terms. After the 7-day period expires, the subscribers may not expect a change of Monthly Plans for any reasons.
Refund applications:
Plans with trial service:
After the trial period ends, subscribers can submit a full refund application to FSAI within 3 days (including public holidays) after their completed payment.
After the trial period ends, subscribers can submit a 30% refund application to FSAI within 4 to 7 days (including public holidays) after their completed payment.
Plans without trial service:
Subscribers can submit a full refund application to FSAI within 7 days (including public holidays) after their completed payment.
When a Subscriber applies for a refund to FSAI in accordance with the terms of this contract, FSAI reserves the right to final review and decide on whether to agree to the refund and the actual refund ratio.
