Content output

Each and every subscription is recognition towards our creators and in order to maintain such terms, the content quality should be maintained.

As subscribers pay for the channel access permission on a monthly basis, creators must deliver the content to subscribers in the consented form and frequency. If creators are unable to provide such content, /chunks.ai/ will admonish creators in order to protect the rights of our consumers and will not distribute the subscription fees of the respective month, further accumulating it until the next month and distributed when the consented content is provided. During the fee suspension period, if the subscribers apply for refunds and or demands for compensation, creator shall be solely responsible.

Channel cancellation

If you have decided to cancel your channel, please follow the instructions below :

You can click on the "+" at the top of the control panel on the left side of the login page, then apply for the your channel's removal in the channel management section. Its function is to announce the official cancellation of your channel to your current subscribers on the same day of the next month.

The channel will not be open for subscription immediately after the "Removal Notice" is announced.

In order to protect the rights and interests of subscribers, the channel is required to provide its services until the end of the next month even after the channel is delisted.

At 0:00 on the next day after the application is sent, the system will stop all orders that have not been deducted this month and settle the total amount of refunds required for the month. The system will then send a "removal notification" email to subscribers in your name. Subscribers will receive a refund no later than the 25th of the following month.

FSAI also reserves the right to remove your channel, please refer to "/chunks.ai/ Terms of Service" or the following excerpt:

1. FSAI reserves the right to modify or remove the channel. After consideration, if a conclusion that the mandatory delisting of a channel will affect the rights and interests of subscribers is reached, FSAI will make an announcement on /chunks.ai/ and refund the money paid by subscribers before the 10th of the next month after the announcement (not including service fees) . When the announcement date falls on or after the 25th of the current month, the payment will be refunded before the 10th of the next month (if the payment day falls on a public holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day).

2. FSAI reserves the right to request liability for damages against creators who maliciously fail to perform or fail to perform channel subscriptions, and can remove the channel at any time. If FSAI has received the payment from a subscriber but has not yet paid it to the creator, it will refund the payment to the subscriber, but FSAI will not be responsible for any other losses caused to the subscriber.
