How to report system errors
In order to solve the operation system errors you have encountered as soon as possible, please email cs@chunks.ai and describe the problem you have encountered.. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
If you encounter a system error that could not proceed smoothly, please use Google Chrome as much as possible. If you still cannot solve it, please provide the following information:

The version of Google Chrome
Screen captures of the issues

Forgotten password
To register with a normal account, please enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" at the bottom right corner and enter your registered email. You will later receive a "/chunks.ai/ Reset Password Notification Letter" in your mailbox. Click on the link to change your password.
